Job Description

DEMENTIA CARE TEAM LEADERS REQUIRED FOR A NURSING, DEMENTIA AND RESIDENTIAL CARE HOME BASED IN STANWELL, MIDDLESEX - £13.50 PER HOURDAY OR NIGHT SHIFTS AVAILABLEFULL TIME POSITIONSBeautiful, friendly, homely, purpose built Nursing, Dementia and Residential Care Home in Stanwell, Middlesex is seeking an experienced Dementia Care Team Leader for Day or Night shifts.The role of the Dementia Care Team Leader

  • Work with the Home Manager and Deputy to lead a team of Seniors and Care Assistants
  • Plan and manage the delivery of high quality care for our residents
  • Undertake staff supervisions
  • Ability to administer medicationis useful
  • Write precise notes in the residents care plans
  • Liaise with external Medical Professionals and Residents families
  • Ensure Care is delivered to the highest standard
About you as a Dementia Care Team Leader
  • NVQ 2 or 3 in Health and Social Care
  • Current or previous experience as a Team Leader or Senior is essential
  • Supervisory experience is important
  • Dementia experience would be very useful
  • You will have strong leadership qualities and be a strong mentor with a can do attitude
