Job Description

We are recruiting for Forklift Driver for our site based in Stanton, Bury St Edmunds IP31 2BG,not far from Diss .This is long term work with a view to get a permanent contract.**Valid MHE licence required, recently expired will be accepted, Previously held in house MHE Licences are not valid, but you can apply for warehouse operative and in turn become an MHE operator after being trained in house in Stanton***Due to transport links, candidates will be required to attend their shift by their own means of transport*Shift and Pay Information for Forklift Driver -

Monday to Friday
Rotational Shifts - 06.00-14.00 or 14.00-22.00
Pay Rate - £13.00 per hour, Plus a Night shift premium of £314.00 per month if allocated
Overtime available after full time hours have been completed.
30 minute unpaid break.
Candidates must not expect to be working on the MHE trucks for the full shift as other warehouse duties need to be carried out in which you must be fully prepared to do.
Your role will be mixed between MHE & General Warehouse duties, which can change on a daily basis. If you are looking for MHE only, then this role will not be for you.

What youll be doing as a Forklift Driver in Bury St Edmunds IP31 2BG :

Your main responsibility will be to support the operation by unloading and loading trailers of palletised products. You will be required to move them into racking for storage, or pick out for re deliveries.
Quality check
Work as part of a team as well as lone working
Have Full training provided
Please note drug and alcohol testing will be carried out on your first day.
All aspects of your role will be fully trained, and you will be buddied up with other colleagues for support
