Field Team ManagerLanes is the UK and Irelands leading drainage supplier with an establish portfolio of prestigious clients. This role would fall under the Thames Water contract that Lanes has been working with for a number of years. Thames Water is the UKs largest supplierof Waste and Clean water in the UK and this role plays an integral role on the service Lanes supplies to Thames.Position: Field ManagerLocation: WareJob Type: PermanentHours: 40 hours Monday to FridaySalary: £30,000 to £37,000 depending on experience plus on call allowance, company vehicle and fuel cardSTRICTLY NO AGENCIES PLEASEBenefits: 21 days holiday plus bank holidays; health cash plan; free onsite parking; auto enrolment pension scheme; friendly working environment.Reporting to the Regional Manager for East and North Division you will need to be able to lead a team of multi-skilled waste network service engineers in the delivery of both a reactive and planned 24/7 operational response in a dynamic environment.
