Job Description

Complaint Handler Stanstead Abbotts 20 - 22k Full time, permanent role + excellent benefits This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing local business and utilise your experience in a customer services or a similar complaints role. The company offers a friendly team working environment, training and opportunities for progression.As a Complaints Handler, you will provide accurate and efficient service support to the company client base and the general public via mediation. The target is to ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to assistance required and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.You will be a confident communicator with strong negotiation skills and the ability to be assertive where necessary. You will also ideally have experience in a role that required mediation skills.Responsibilities include:

  • Complaint Handling via mediation between consumer and seller
  • Problem Solving
  • Understanding the Consumer Rights Act 2015
  • Composing emails responding to complaints
  • Delivering positives /Increasing customer satisfaction
  • Compiling reports on trends
  • Ad hoc Tasks
  • Skills required:
  • Confident on the phone
  • Strong communication and negotiating skills
  • Excellent telephone manner (will be required to speak to clients and members of the public)
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Empathetic
  • Articulate
  • Fast learner
  • Enthusiastic
  • Confident to use own initiative and work as part of a team
  • Experience using Microsoft and Google products (Word, Excel etc.)
