The RoleGibbs & Dandy - Customer Service Advisor (operations)Based: PudseyGibbs & Dandy - National Merchant of the Year 2018 / "One to Watch" Times Top 100 Best Companies to Work for 2019As a Customer Service Advisor, youll be the face of the business, meeting and serving the customers that come into the branch throughout the day, as well as those that call in. Youll be a key to the experience each customer has when they deal with thebusiness, so the service you provide is key. This means putting the customer first when handling requests, answering questions, discussing and comparing products, Picking and loading customer orders, unloading of materials delivered in to the branch.Working for Gibbs & Dandy will mean you have no two days the same. You will have the opportunity to support and advise customers on our extensive products and service range - no matter how big or small their project is! This branch is a well-established and busy branch with a friendly team of 45 who work hard to offer a great service and excellent product knowledge. The branch has a sales office, Multiple Stock yards/warehouse, shop & counter,and manages Eleven customer delivery vehicles.So, what are we looking for
