Support Workers needed in Stanmore, HarrowFull time hours available (37.5 hours per week)£8.91 per hourJoin Dimensions one of very few social care organisations that are members of the Great Places To Work programme 2019 and 2020.About the role:In Stanmore, we have a 24 hours supported living service looking for dedicated Support Workers. It is home to two independant individuals (two males between 50-65 years of age) with learning disabilities. At this service we ensure that people are safe, staff are caring, we respond to the people we support needs and we ensure that the support provided if effective in meeting people needs. The four individuals living here are listened to and are put at the centre of the care and support being provided. The people we support tell us what is important to them and they let us know how we can make a positive difference in their lives.A typical role will involve;
