The structured career path means that the skys the limit, up to regional management level.If you were working in this Director of Sales role in Stanmore this week, you would have: Handled multiple instructions, growing the already impressive property register Spoken with clients face to face, online and by phone, chasing sales and contacts Carried out one-to-one and morning meetings Managed and mentored the team and seen great results in terms of sales, instructions and recommendationsTo succeed in your sales director application, you will need to have previous real estate agent experience and customer service experience. You will be target driven and tenacious, with a proven track record of achievement that shows it, through previous estate agency experience.
