You will be provided with fantastic training of products, processes, machinery with an increased pay rate when your experience develops.Role & Responsibilities: As a Factory Operative you will work as part of a team to set up and follow the daily production plan.

• To ensure the smooth running of a production department and machines.
• To ensure all jobs are completed to the required standard
• Working effectively and efficiently to meet planned volumes
• To identify any faults and act upon accordingly
• Quality checking & inspection of all finished ware
• Updating and amending production job sheets and records
• General housekeeping to maintain health and safety standards at all times

You will be working on rota basis as follows which offers a real work / life balance, 3 long weekends in an 8-week cycle plus a 4-day "end of week" before your next shift commences: 4 on / 4 off Days and Nights Rotating shifts12-hour shifts working 6am - 6pm - Days12-hour shifts working 6pm - 6am nights(You will be paid for a full 12-hour shift)Benefits:

Interviews and Site Tours are held onsite daily.You will get the opportunity to meet and discuss the role with the Production team, take a tour of the facility and be able to ask questions during that time.ALL ROLES COMMENCE ON A 12 WEEK TEMPORARY TO PERMANENT BASIS
