If youre ready to join our team and help, make a real difference, then apply now, and lets get you started on this journey together!QualificationsAs Senior Support Worker you will supervise staff members and delegate responsibilities ensuring value based support is delivered to the highest standard so previous Support Worker experience is essential and a level 3 Diploma in Health & Social Care or Equivalentwould be an advantage. You will be supporting adults with mental health illnesses on a person centred basis.
