JOB TITLE: Senior Recruitment Consultant - EducationLOCATION: StamfordSALARY: £25,000 £30,000 PACKAGE: * Excellent commission structure * Hybrid working* Reduced hours in school holiday Due to expansion, our client is looking for an experienced Education Recruitment Consultant to look after and grow an existing area of education business.The ROLEThe successful Recruitment Consultant will be required to:* Develop, run and grow an existing, and very well developed, education desk in a defined area.* Maintaining the school and teacher base within this area.* Proactively call new schools to generate new business.* Build long lasting partnerships with schools and organisations.* Recruit and interview teachers and develop relationships.* Complete and maintain day-to-day bookings.* Canvas and place long term and permanent vacancies.* Negotiate on fees.* Undertake effective client visits.
