Mechanic Salary up to £28,000 - £30,000 + Monthly Bonus Location - Stamford Monday-Friday (Alternating Saturday) Immediate Start Monthly bonus up to £800 Interaction Recruitment have teamed up with a well-known vehicle manufacturer. Due to an expansion my client is looking to take on an experienced Automotive Engineers and newly qualified engineers to start immediately. The role: Repair, test vehicles and diagnose their faults Replace components, parts, lubricants and consumables and record usage Conduct electronic visual health checks (EVHC) on all vehicles and provide a comprehensive report Tutor and provide guidance to apprentice technicians, where applicable Ensure vehicle servicing activities are completed in a safe and high-quality manner Carry out work completely and effectively within manufacturers servicing and repair times MOT Testing The Candidate: NVQ Level 3 or Equivalent (IMI, ATA etc.) Time served technicians/mechanics considered Full Clean Driving License Strong attention to detail Excellent work ethic Good communication skills Excellent customer service skills The ability to keep a clean and tidy workspace Interaction Recruitment have specialist consultants across the majority of industries within the UK, including but not limited to, Finance & IT, Technical & Engineering, Industrial, Commercial and Hospitality.
