Job Description

Customer Support Executive (CSE)Job DescriptionIliffe Media, is a leading source for local news and sport in Lincolnshire with our portfolio including the Stamford Mercury and Lincolnshire Free Press as well as multiple online digital platforms.We are currently recruiting for a Customer Support Executive to join our successful Midlands Team.The RoleYou will be required to manage and fulfil customer accounts through processing advertising sales.Responsibilities:

  • Processing advertiser artwork in our booking system, Gemstone for both print and digital campaigns.
  • Liaising with customers to sign off artwork or make alterations.
  • Chasing complete artwork from customers and dropping this into the booking system.
  • Chasing and collecting payments where prepayment is required.
  • Releasing adverts from a scrutiny queue, enabling them to be sent to press.
  • Chasing accounts for suspended customers and liaising with a Sales Representative to ensure that these are managed and released where possible.
  • Be the aftersales point of contact for any customer queries.
  • Cover office reception where necessary
  • Liaise with both planning and editorial departments to ensure all print advertisements are accurately placed and ready for files to press deadlines.
  • Support with project management of niche publications (e.g. Magazines)
Experience required:
