Job Description

Title: Customer Service Representative - Permanent, Full-timeHours: Monday-Friday, 9am-5:30pmLocation: StamfordHave you got excellent customer service skills and looking for a new and exciting challengeOur client based in Stamford are seeking a Client Service Representative to join their organisation. The successful candidate will be receiving, processing and confirming orders from customers in a timely and accurate manner.Duties:

  • Processing and confirming orders from customers in a timely and accurate manner
  • Liaising with production regarding specific requirements
  • Issuing of paperwork for shipments to non- EU countries
  • Ensuring and providing quality service to both internal and external customers
Experience Required:
  • Experience of delivering excellent customer services
  • Excellent communication skills and telephone technique
  • Highly organised and strong attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise workload
  • Confident using Microsoft Programmes (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Knowledge of another European language (i.e. Dutch, German or Hungarian) is desirable but not essential
  • Can work well in a team environment
  • A positive attitude, co-operative
  • Willing to comply with company policies and procedures and work constructively with colleagues
