JOB TITLE: Customer Service Location: RutlandSalary: £20,000 Hours: 9:00 - 17:00 Monday - Friday.Must Have: B2C customer service experience.The CompanyOur client is a well-established retailer with a strong online presence to compliment their stores. Their specialised products help to improve the sleep, health and well-being of their customers. aThe Role The successful Customer Service Advisor will be required to do the following: *You will be working from home initially. When it is safe to do so you will work form the office in Rutland.*Respond to incoming customer enquiries on phone calls, live chat and e-mails as required.*Process customer returns collate data and analysis for board meetings.*General administration tasks as required such as -typing, presentations, spreadsheets, mail merge, booking of collections and deliveries.*Day to day overview of orders system to ensure orders are dispatched in a timely manner.*Processing trade orders if required.*Annual bonus.*24 days holiday + bank holidays.
