When it is safe to do so you will work form the office in Rutland.*Respond to incoming customer enquiries on phone calls, live chat and e-mails as required.*Process customer returns collate data and analysis for board meetings.*General administration tasks as required such as -typing, presentations, spreadsheets, mail merge, booking of collections and deliveries.*Day to day overview of orders system to ensure orders are dispatched in a timely manner.*Processing trade orders if required.*Annual bonus.*24 days holiday + bank holidays.
