Job Description

Our Client is a very well established and superbly refurbished hotel & restaurant, close to a prestige and historical Georgian town. The setting is rural which benefits the guests with peaceful space in beautiful surroundings.The role of Bar Manager:To manage the daily duties the role entails, be commercially astute and ensure that the bar runs smoothly. Customer service is a key strength and you will highly regarded in this field.Key Duties and Responsibilities:Youll be a passionate leader with the ability to inspire, motivate, and support your team in order to exceed your commercial goals. Youll have high standards when it comes to guest experience, understand brand standards and youll take ownership and pridein your work.
