It is owned by over 4,000 farmers and also works with thousands of other farmers to supply around four million tonnes of British grain everyyear to some of the biggest and most well-known brands in the country.The SchemeThe Graduate role provides the opportunity for you to learn and train in all key areas of the Company. The role will initially be an 18-month Trainee position , which will allow you to learn on the job spending time within all departments completing trainingmodules and to engage in development training and learning.It is envisaged that the role will progress from developing these building blocks to become a Farm Business Manager, or a position mutually agreed between the Company and the Graduate Trainee.The 8-month plan incorporates 8 different departments, You will learn in 4 main areas of the company, this includes:1 Operations and Logistics. You will work alongside the operations team to understand Harvests and learn Planning and Transport Operations.2 Fertililsers and Seed. You will work alongside the Seed department, learning all the technical aspects of growing.3 Trading. You will learn the full cycle of trading and work with the trading team.4 Farm Business Management.
