If yes, then read on to find out more about the job on offer at Smurfit Kappa.About the Job...We are currently recruiting a Conversion Manager to our site in Stalybridge.To effectively manage, through direct reports, the overall Conversion manufacturing process, to ensure a safe operation, adhering to all plant standards and procedures whilst driving output, quality and continuous improvement, using and driving the SKOPEperformance excellence principles.Key job requirements...Overall responsibility for the conversion area of the business, setting objectives in relation to effectiveness, run speed per hour in square ksm and run speed per hour in feeds. Liaising with other departments to ensure process control checks, planned maintenanceand effective communication between shifts.To drive the business improvement techniques through Smurfit Kappa Performance Excellence program SKOPE including H&S, 5S, SMED, TPM, CI,CSD, DMS and Kanban.Whats on offer...
