Accounts Manager required to work for this local and stable business. Newly created role reporting to the Financial Controller, you will oversee a small finance department, ensuring the provision of accurate and timely accounting information.Your main duties will include managing the purchase ledger and sales ledger functions, analysing costs and identifying fixed asset purchases and disposals. Income and cash management, bank reconciliations, VAT returns and oversee payroll. Assist with budgets, manage expenses, monthly recharges and oversee stock control.You will be a part-qualified or AAT qualified accountant ideally with some supervisory experience looking for a busy and varied role. You should have strong communication skills, good IT skills including Excel and be a team player.
