Job Description

Technical Support Assistant£125 per day12 month contractAs a fast growing, award winning global technology company the role of Technical Support Assistant requires someone with strong computer skills and technical awareness, a passion for delivering first class customer service and the ability to multitask whilst being self-motivated.The company was established over 15 years ago and now works across 27 countries and employs over 10,000 people. As the leading Service Management, service provider, its platform with numerous applications and features is aimed at optimising business workflows, automating routine service tasks, and resolving complex customer issues.As Technical Support Assistant you will be responsible for:

  • Acting as the initial monitoring and reviewer of unassigned cases for the determination of correct assignment group and categorization.
  • Working with tools and team to determine the best person to handle the case and dispatch cases as well as set up resources schedules.
  • Providing support to users/administrators of the platform.
  • Supporting and contributing to the growth of best practices for delivery of support services
  • Understanding the platform, Cloud technologies and troubleshooting practices to ensure successful resolution.
  • Engaging with the cross functional teams like operations and engineering
    • The successful candidate for the role of Technical Support Assistant will:
  • Ideally have experience of working in a similar technical support role
  • Have a computer science degree or similar (not essential if you have technical support experience)
  • Be self-motivated, a team player and have excellent customer service skills
