Job Description

Privileged Access Management - PAM Consultant - PAM - CyberArk - CyberArk Sentry - CyberArk Defender - Remote working - Permanent - £60k-£70k + package I am currently working with a global provider of IT & IT security solutions and services, supporting over 1,500 customers from a range of different industries.They are looking for an experienced PAM Consultant specialising in CyberArk software. In this role you will be responsible for the delivery of technical support and more, for the Network and Security infrastructure of our client and its customers.Requirements:

  • Experience in securing mission critical, regulated workloads, broad security experience across security domains with deep expertise in security operations, monitoring, instant responses using ITSM module.
  • Strong experience in development, deployment, and operations in IAM, PAM, CyberArk core PAS and Trend Micro Deep Security
  • Ability to build effective working relationships both internally and externally
  • Knowledge of cloud security operations
Responsibilities:
  • Troubleshooting CyberArk related issues, updating and closing of service requests tickets
  • Ensuring tickets are being driven to a successful outcome within the agreed service levels
  • Install, integrate, and maintain PAM products such as CyberArk
  • Design and implementation of CyberArk PAM Solution
  • Subject Matter Expert on the implementation of IAM technology
  • Fault finding and handling incidents raised
  • Customer/ vendor management
  • Building strong working relationships and ensure top quality service especially with key stakeholders.
  • Provide technical assistance and resolutions on cyber security incidents to all sectors (banking, insurance, government, manufacturing)
Education/ skills:
  • Strong CyberArk Experience
  • Desirable: CyberArk Trustee, Defender, SentryMicrosoft Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900)Microsoft Azure Security Associate (AZ-500)
