  • Managing customer queries from start to resolution in a timely and professional manner
  • Supporting internal sales functions with lead development and tracking
  • Drawing up proposals, presentations, being involved in contract management for customers
  • Ongoing dairy management, coordinating internal appointments and arranging business travel
  • Stock/inventory management, working closely with marketing to manage budgets and promotional goods
  • Preparing meeting agendas, taking minutes when required and supporting in followups
  • Maintaining and updating the customer database (CRM system) generating performance reports and metrics
  • Providing training material/criteria and support for new employees
  • Order management, general administration, reporting and creating relevant documentation
  • Adhering to the high standards set and promoting company culture at all times
  • Involvement in Ad Hoc projects, when required.
Operations Coordinator Desirable Skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail, coordination and customer skills
  • Good systems knowledge, particularly Excel - an aptitude in picking up new systems would be helpful
  • Technical mindset, ability to interpret, learn and convey technical information
  • Previous experience in Customer Service/Customer Success, Operations, Analytics or Administration
  • Desire to work hard, improve and be proactive
