This newly created role will support two of the organisations departments - the Dyslexia Guild and Dyslexia Action team.You will help with enquiries and the administration of professional registration and membership. The successful candidate will work alongside a successful and friendly team to provide a high customer service to enquirers of the Dyslexia Guild and DyslexiaAction.We offer flexibility in how you work. For most roles we are able to facilitate working up to 40% of your time being worked from home. Therefore strong IT skills and an eye for detail is key in this role. Previous customer service experience or sales experience in the academicarena is a great advantage. Flexibility in your approach to tasks is a great skill as youll work within a team and at times have to support other administrative tasks, within the Dyslexia Guild and Dyslexia Action team.Person specification:The successful applicant will be able to demonstrate:+ Educated to BTEC or A Level or equivalent experience+ Prior experience and understanding of academic certification and assessment criteria is desirable+ Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy+ Experience in managing databases and extracting information from them+ Excellent customer services skills+ Excellent communication skills both written and verbal+ Excellent IT skills; particularly familiarity with word processing, and spreadsheets.
