  • Lead and manage large teams within the Project & Cost Accounting function.
  • Input into the strategic plans of the function, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
  • Implement and enforce policies to guarantee adherence to financial guidelines and regulatory requirements.
  • Oversee the creation of data that tracks, reports, and analyses the financial performance of projects.
  • Collaborate with other parts of the function or business to ensure seamless integration and optimal performance.
  • Assume responsibility for successful project delivery within the designated area, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.
What are we looking for in our next Senior Program Accountant
  • Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; professional qualification (e.g., ACCA, CIMA) preferred.
  • Proven experience in leading large teams within a Project & Cost Accounting function.
  • Strong understanding of financial regulations, reporting standards, and project accounting principles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to implement and enforce policies to ensure compliance.
