Join a brilliant team as a Permanent Reward Specialist!Are you ready to embark on an exciting journey with a fantastic retailer Were on the lookout for a talented and dynamic individual to join our clients team as a Reward Specialist.About Them:They’re a super flexible organisation, committed to offering a hybrid working model that provides the perfect blend of remote work and in-office collaboration. Based in Staffordshire, their headquarters provide a vibrant and supportive environment, withthe flexibility to work from home for the majority of the week.The Role:As a Reward Specialist, youll play a pivotal role in shaping the organisations compensation and benefits landscape. They’re seeking someone with a broad HR background, coupled with a deep understanding of the sensitivity involved in managing reward programs.Your primary responsibility will be to serve as the face of the organisation for all things comps and bens, driving day-to-day operations with precision and finesse.Key Responsibilities:

  • Run day-to-day reward operations, ensuring seamless execution and compliance.
  • Act as the go-to expert for all reward-related inquiries, providing guidance and support to employees and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with the Senior Reward & Wellbeing Manager on annual reward activities, including incentive scheme processes, benefit renewals, and legislative compliance.
  • Bring fresh and innovative ideas to the table, contributing to the continuous improvement of their reward strategies.
  • Demonstrate ambition and proactivity in driving initiatives forward, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for excellence.

  • Ambitious individual with a drive to make a meaningful impact.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
Benefits:
  • Competitive salary up to £40,000, commensurate with experience.
  • Hybrid working model, with approximately one day per week in their Staffordshire headquarters.
  • Currently trialling a flexible working model in the organisation so will consider compressed 4 day working week, a 9 day fortnight model or both.
