Job Description

~~ROBERT WALTERS - FINANCIAL REPORTING MANAGER - PERMANENT - STAFFORDSHIRE (HYBRID) - £60,000 - £70,000 PER ANNUM~~Our client, a rapidly growing manufacturing business, is seeking a Financial Reporting Manager to join their team. This is a newly created position, and the successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate and timely reporting of financialdata. Your responsibilities include overseeing financial statements, ensuring compliance with financial regulations and accounting standards, and creating financial reports for executives and shareholders. Youll work closely with internal teams, externalauditors, and other stakeholders to maintain the integrity of financial information.Key responsibilities of the Financial Reporting Manager

  • Process and review month-end close postings
  • Own balance sheet reconciliations
  • Produce and submit monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting packs
  • Oversee SOX control compliance preparation
  • Prepare statutory accounts
  • Collaborate with auditors and tax consultants for timely and accurate reporting
  • Review quarterly VAT Returns
