Job Description

Finance Business Partner - LogisticsUp to £60,000 plus bonus, on-site parking, benefits.Hybrid - 3 days office / 2 days homeStaffordshireT2M are recruiting a Finance Business Partner - Logistics, on behalf of our international client, this will be a hybrid role working out of one of the West Midlands Distribution Centres.You would be the trusted business advisor and challenger with regards to financial performance, procedures, and controls. This role will have one direct report and report directly into the Senior Finance Manager - Logistics.We need someone who thrives in being in a hands-on’ role and the go to finance person for high quality business decision support. You will need strong commercial acumen, be continuous improvement driven, with great analytical, presentation and influencingskills, and must have experience of finance in a fast paced, high volume logistics environmentRequirements to be a successful Finance Business Partner:

  • Qualified Accountant.
  • Degree in an accounting or finance.
  • Proven track record of working in Logistics / Operational fast paced environment, with strong skills in forecasting, budgeting, costing and variance analysis.
  • Experience of IFRS and UK GAAP.
  • Previous Finance Business Partnering / commercial experience.
  • Confident and articulate with great communication skills to support, influence, challenge, drive recommendations in line with the strategic business plans whilst manage the expectations of multiple stakeholders.
  • Inquisitive and detail focused - happy to dig into information to find solutions to issues.
  • Strong systems experience.
  • Must have a driving licence.
