Job Description

ElectricianStaffordshire40 hours pwPermanent£36,000 per annum + van and toolsHamilton Woods Associates are currently working on behalf of a public sector client to recruit to an Electrician on a permanent basis.The successful candidate will be completing a variety of work across domestic, planned, responsive, commercial, LED lighting and EV points.Responsibilities of the Electrician:

  • Undertaking electrical repairs and maintenance to void and tenanted domestic and commercial properties
  • Carrying out fault finding and diagnosis
  • Completing EICRs
  • Providing testing, inspection and the appropriate certification for electrical components and equipment where required
  • Ensuring work is completed to the highest standards and quality
  • Completing accurate records of work undertaken
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction
Requirements of the Electrician includes:
  • UK Driving License
  • 18th edition
  • Recognised electrical apprenticeship ( eg NVQ3) or JIB with AM2
  • 2391 (desirable)
  • Experience within domestic testing
