If you have previous customer service experience, excellent computer skills, and a compassionate nature, we want to hear from you!The Role:As a Customer Service Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in resolving customer concerns and ensuring that the clients standards are maintained. Your main responsibilities will include:

Addressing customers with professionalism, seeking satisfactory outcomes for all parties involved
Data Entry: Proficiently navigating our computer systems to capture essential information
Empathy and Resilience: Displaying emotional intelligence and resilience when dealing with challenging situations, always putting the customer first

Requirements for a Customer Service Advisor:

Previous customer service experience is preferred
Strong computer skills
Ability to be empathetic
Resilience
