Job Description

Edenvale Recruitment are looking for an experienced and dedicated Senior Consultant to join our team based in St Neots, Cambridgeshire. We have been in operation for over 20 years, providing a range of innovative recruitment solutions to predominately Healthcareand Childcare settings nationwide.This is a fantastic opportunity for someone to nurture and grow a target-hitting Healthcare temps’ desk by utilising the numerous contracts already in place and going after new business with professionalism and tenacity. We operate with a familybusinessfeel and do not believe in setting people up to fail, this is why the successful candidate will go through a thorough induction period with tonnes of support from professionals across the business while they settle into their new role.What we offer:

  • Achievable, uncapped commission structure and a competitive basic salary starting at £28k DOE.

We are looking for someone with:
  • A proven track record of successful business development.
  • At least 3 years of recruitment experience, either agency or in-house.
  • Experience of maintaining and growing client and candidate relationships.
  • Passion and drive to build the desk and eventually the team.
  • Second to none customer service and organisational skills.
