Provide assistance to company associates who will reach out to you via phone and email.
Resolve queries on a wide variety of complex topics and process orders and changes.
Resolve and process customer orders and queries
Take prompt and appropriate action for the customers
Assist new customers with their enquires and setting up accounts
Process and complete administration of payments

We are looking for:

English, and German at least C1 (near-native) level.
Great communication skills
Willingness to learn new things
Candidates who are currently based in the UK and are eligible to work in the UK or who hold UK passport
