Sales Executive / Automotive Parts AdvisorAre you an experienced Sales Executive / Internal Sales Person / Automotive Parts Advisor that wants to work for a well-established Automotive Aftermarket company that offers a great working and supportive team environmentAs a Sales Executive / Internal Sales Person / Parts Advisor your primary role will be to support customers, mainly over the phone, advising them and supplying their requirements. For this Sales role you will need some technical experience and ideally havean interest in the Automotive Sector and the mechanics of motor cars.This company can offer the right people a great working team environment, support, training, career progression, career development, good earning potential and a fun place to work.Ideally Located - Cambridgeshire, Saint Neots, Eaton Socon, Godmanchester, Huntingdon, Cambourne, Sandy, Bedford, Biggleswade, Duloe, Wyboston, Little Barford, Colmworth, Hail Weston, Little Paxton, DiddingtonSalary - £25K to £30K basic (OTE £35K) + Pension + BenefitsThe Candidate

  • Be an experienced Sales Executive / Internal Sales Person / Parts Advisor
  • Experienced in sales and order processing
  • Have a confident, positive polite personality
  • Provide the highest level of customer service and advice
  • Ideally have an interest in the automotive sector and Motor Cars / vehicles.
  • To answer all customer enquiries via telephone or email in a timely, efficient and accurate manner.
  • Remain updated with knowledge of the Automotive Aftermarket sector and the companies products and services.
  • Accurate pricing of customer enquiries
  • Assist sales and marketing in the generation and development of new customers
  • To follow up all quotes in a professional and timely manner.
  • To visit customers or receive visits from customers to explore their immediate and future requirements
  • Liaise with other sales staff undertaking similar activities and ensure the customers needs are met
  • To assist with company marketing strategy where required.
  • To assist with the organisation of trade stands, to attend and man trade stands and shows where applicable.
