Based in our lovely modern offices, in St Neots, you will be joining our passionate and energetic team, with an ethos of strong family values.This role is open to bothfull time and part time applications.For part time applications, please make it clear in your cover letter, what hours you are looking for.Main purpose of the roleTo provide support to personal lines customers and ensure retention of renewal business, servicing of existing accounts in line with the set Key Performance Indicators provided by the company, and in accordance with company procedures and regulatory requirements.This is predominantly a customer service role that requires a sales approach to dealing with customers.
