Home based Block Manager - Bletchley/Cambridgeshire - c£34,500My client is a large national block management specialist.Within their Bedfordshire / Cambridgeshire region, a need has arisen for a fully home based block manager to oversee a key mixed block portfolio, comprising RMC, Freeholder and settled new build estates.The suitable block manager will have 3 years minimum block management experience during which time they will have managed a wide range of blocks and dealt with resident directors, maintenance works and regular site inspections.In addition, the suitable block manager will have managed service charge budgets, dealt with S20 major works, attended site for resident meetings, renewed buildings insurances and managed contractors.As this position is FULLY HOME BASED the suitable block manager must be able to work without supervision and organise their whereabouts according to the needs of the block portfolio (which is situated across Bletchley, Eaton Socon and parts of Essex/Herts border).Our client has a dedicated accounts and administration department so the successful block manager will have excellent all round support enabling more time on site and less time answering basic resident queries.If you are an experienced Block Manager keen to work fully home based managing Beds/Cambs blocks please apply now for immediate consideration and further detailed info.
