Relief Support WorkerSt Neots£10.90 per hourPermanent, Part Time (Relief Hours)Are you looking for a role whereby you can help make a difference to the lives of young or vulnerable adultsWhen you join our client as a Relief Support Worker at our clients supported service, the work you undertake will directly help to improve peoples lives. With each day providing new challenges you’ll work alongside the Service Manager to ensure the provisionof a supported and structured environment to our customers.With opportunities based at our Paines Mill Housing Related Service you could help to improve and support the lives of people in crisis. This service consists of temporary placements for up to 17 young people between the age of 16-25. Located in St Neots,theyare easily accessible by both car and local transport connections from surrounding areas. Free parking is available on site, and we are a five minute walk from the town centre.Each day you will work with support plans, maintain logs, and help our customers to access further education training or employment. To be successful in this role you’ll need to be an empathetic individual with a natural flair in building relationships whois willing to help others to develop their confidence alongside their life and social skills.Their ideal candidate will possess a passion for working in the supported living sector or be willing to learn and will appreciate the importance of providing excellent care for our customers. We are looking for a number of Relief Support Workers to joinus who will go that extra mile whilst working as part of our team. If you are confident, reliable, and interested in supporting people to live independently then you can play an instrumental part of this great team.If youre new to support work, well help introduce you and train you to build your experience in our sector.
