Job Description

Personal AssistantLocationCambridgeshireSalaryup to £38,000We are recruiting for a Personal Assistant to join a specialist Engineering business based in the Cambridge area where you will work as a Personal Assistant supporting the Senior executives working to provide a high level of administrative support.Candidates with previous experience as a Personal Assistant working within Engineering environments would be well received.As the Personal Assistant you will be required to:

  • Prepare executive reports.
  • Planning, organising, and facilitating meetings, conferences, and special events.
  • Coordinating, planning, and organising travel arrangements (flights, ferries, trains, hire cars)
  • Preparing accurate minutes and documentation for meetings
  • Responding to supplier/customer questionnaires
  • Working on projects to support the management team.
  • Working to optimise and improve processes.
  • Coordination of management diaries
  • Putting together and preparing written and verbal communications, reports, and presentations
Candidates should have the following skills or experience:
  • Experience with Microsoft Office products with strong excel and Power Point skills.
  • Experience of minute taking
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Able to act with discretion and diplomacy.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • A minimum of 3 A levels or a qualification in Business Administration
