If you are creative, a great communicator, and like thesound of our company culture, then this could be the role for you.Using marketing insights, skills in communication and an understanding of differing marketing channels, you will be an integral part of a department that genuinely makes a difference to the businesss success.This job would suit an individual who is confident in using their initiative, not afraid to ask questions and confident in communicating with partners, colleagues, and departments.If you are looking for an exciting and varied role within a culture that encourages and supports continual development, we would love to hear from you.The primary purpose of the role is to: Assist in the timely, and effective delivery of the marketing plan Ensure that data driven insights are used to assess our ROI of activity and to inform our decisions on future marketing activity Become an ambassador for the marketing team and Lifesure brand internally by working effectively with other Lifesure teams and externally by developing and protecting the brand through developing strong relationships with external partners, bodies, and suppliers Through targeted marketing activity, promote Lifesures products and our commitment to delivering a fantastic customer experience to our key audiences You will be measured on the how well you complete marketing activities within the set timescales and budgets and how this contributes to the overall objectives of the marketing team and business.Essential Skills Effective communication, both verbal and written An interest and some experience of digital marketing preferred Relationship buildingcollaborating with external partners, agencies, and teams across the business Organisational and multi-tasking skills Understanding and experience of updating CMS Knowledge of scheduling and posting content on social media channels (FB, Twitter) Strong attention to detail and accuracy as required in a regulated environment Must be motivated and able to work under own initiative Proactive and keen to learn Content creation and ideaswriting and creative ideas for blogs, social posts Excellent hands-on business skills proficiency in MS office Creative abilities, whether through writing, graphic design, photography, video production or another relevant creative skill Ability to analyse data Computer literacy in the standard Microsoft programs, and ideally also the Adobe Creative suiteDesirable Skills B2C Marketing experience preferred Able to edit and create content in Canva or similar packagePlease read thefull job descriptionbefore applying.A full DBS clearance and valid ID check (address records and CCJ/bankruptcy checks) will be conducted at offer stage.
