Multi Cultured organisationCustomer FocusedInclusive CultureResponsibilities:- Main Contact for 40 + Key Accounts and Dealers.- Responsible for Order Processing.- Dealing with Queries from customers.- Completing Returns.- Liaising with USA partners for queries and returns.- Invoicing of goods- Learn the Pump and Calibration process for Dealers.- Scheduling Shipments with Customers.- EDI Orders for Specific Accounts. - Updating Customer Portal with Delivery dates.- Quoting Customers where appropriate.- Support for the Sales Order Processing Team. - Delivery date notifications, Sales@ and CPL Sales Leads@ inbox support, Barcoding and PDNs, Purchasing etc.Skills:- Advanced Skills in Excel is critical.- Excellent communication skills, being able to communicate at all levels- Excellent standard in education including Maths and English with GCSE (or equivalent) at Grade C or above- Intermediate/Advanced IT skills on MS Office Suite.- Proven ability to work flexibly and accurately and as part of a team.Desirable:AS400, Exchequer and Octelas/Illuminis, although full training will be provided.25 days holiday, pension, life insurance, free car parkingOffice is based on the A428, close to the A1
