Job Description

Lifesure and Barnes are both growing businesses, always on the look out for excellent people to join our team. We are currently recruiting for a number of roles across different areas of the business and at different levels, and we need YOUR HELP.If you are an experienced internal recruiter, that loves finding outstanding candidates, while also being there to support their onboarding and induction, then this could be the role for you.We are looking for someone tostart immediatelyon a6-month contract to help us fill some crucial roles, and support our hiring managers with exceptional recruitment processes.This is a full time role, but applications of 30+ hours will be considered. The role will be predominantly office based, but with some opporunity to work from home each week.Main purpose of the role: Managing all internal recruitment processes, including advertising, sourcing, screening and interviewing Managing relationships with external recruiters on our PSL Preparing interview scripts for hiring managers Ownership of the internal ATS systemLogicMelon Training and supporting hiring managers in recruitment processesEssential skills/experience: Recent recruitment experience within an internal or agency function Excellent skills in competency-based interviewing Experience of dealing with recruitment agencies, direct sourcing methods and working with an applicant tracking system Solid understanding of current recruitment legislationDesirable skills/experience: Previous experience in a similar internal recruitment role Basic level HR experience Experience working in a regulated environment, especially financial servicesPlease read the full job description before applying.A full DBS clearance and valid ID check (address records and CCJ/bankruptcy checks) will be conducted at offer stage.
