Job Description

We have parneredwith a leading health and wellness business in St Neots,who are currently recruiting for a German Speaking Team Leader. The Customer Care Team Leader will motivate and support a team of administrators to provide excellent customer serviceto the network by building relationships, resolving queries on a wide variety of complex topics and processing orders and changes.About the role:

  • Motivate and support thecustomer service team
  • Resolve complex customer queries
  • Use bespoke Lifeplus IT systems to resolve and process customer orders and queries.
  • Carry out call quality reviews
  • Debelop the team usuing coaching approach
  • Recruitment of Customer Care Administrator
  • Develop product and process knowledge
  • Be a proud ambassador of the organisation
About you
  • Fluent in spoken and written German and English
  • Previous Team Leade experience
  • Passionate about delivering customer service
  • Positive and engaging communication skills
  • Coaching & feedback skills
  • Flexible working approach
  • Problem-solving skills
