Role: Electronics AssemblerSalary:£24,000-£27,000 per annum + Overtime Hours: 4.5 day working week, 39 hours per week. Due to expansion, we are supporting this client in recruiting for an Electronics Assembly Engineer on a full time permanent basis.The Package: 32 days annual leave - Inclusive of public holidays Private Health Care Scheme Company Pension Plan Company Sick Pay Scheme 4.5 working week, early finish on Fridays + overtime available Internal & External Training Opportunities offering a scope for development/progression Free on site parking & new canteen Life Assurance Package A clean & modern working environment Employee Assistance ProgrammeThe Role: To act as an IPC certified engineer (Training Provided), assembling, soldering & wiring a variety of PCB boards meeting the current IPC regulations (IPC-JSTD-001) Conformally coat with application of adhesives based on electronic based drawings/manufacturing diagrams Keep a tidy & clean working environment, adhering with current health & safety regulations Collaborate with first build electronic design supervisors to ensure standards are adhered to Implement routes for continuous improvement & lean manufacturingWhat we need from you: The ability to work from technical drawings Experience in working to class 3 standards surrounding power boards with further understanding of PTH soldering experience (advantageous) Soldering on a surface mount with 05 component sizes A collaborative work ethic alongside the ability to work aloneSimilar roles may include: Electronics Engineer, Electronics Engineer, PCB Assembler, Aircraft interior engineer, Soldering TechnicianInteraction Recruitment have specialist consultants across the majority of industries within the UK, including but not limited to, Finance & IT, Technical & Engineering, Industrial, Commercial and Hospitality.
