Job Description

Role:Customer Service AdvisorLocation:St Neots, CambridgeshireHours: 9am – 5pm Mon - FriSalary: £23,240Due to continued Growth OA are supporting our client to recruit Customer Service Advisors in St Neots. This role would suit you if you like working in a busy, fast paced role. Working in tandem with the external sales team you will be responsible for ensuringthe highest standard of Customer Service is maintained.What’s in it for you

What will you be doing
  • You will be responsible for processing of orders
  • Answering a large volume of inbound calls
  • Dealing with customer queries and handling complaints by phone, live chat and email.
What we would like from you:
  • Previous experience of dealing with customers in a service or sales role
  • Previous experience of dealing with large volumes of customer queries via the telephone and email
  • The ability to work in a team as well as individually
  • Sound working knowledge of Office Applications, especially Microsoft Excel
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Good attention to detail
  • The ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
  • Sound decision making
