Job Description

Aspire Cambridge are recruiting for a Temporary Customer Service Administrator on behalf of our client in St Neots, Cambs.Role and Responsibilities:* Notification of expected Delivery dates to our customers, relating to their open orders.* Update Customer Portal* Provide proof of deliveries.* Monitor and rectify any Exceptions with our couriers.* Liaise with stores with regards to partial shipments.* Liaise with Purchasing and Suppliers where necessary to expedite urgent orders for customers when requested.* Run Lamp and Column allocation report weekly.* Run Back Order Report for end of day to ensure that all goods promised ship on time.* Answering Incoming telephone calls in a prompt, efficient and friendly manner.* Learn and assist other roles within the team to assist in providing seamless customer service to our end users: Sales Order Processing, Invoicing, Email enquiries, PDNS, Returns, sales@ enquiries, Purchasing etc* General Office AdministrationKey Requirements (Qualifications and Skills):Essential:Experience in Customer ServiceExperience in telephone dutiesOffice administrationExcellent communication skills, being able to communicate at all levelsExcellent standard in education including Maths and English with GCSE (or equivalent) at Grade C or aboveIntermediate IT skills on MS Office Suite.Proven ability to work flexibly and accurately and as part of a team.Desirable:Exchequer and CRM Dynamics experience, although full training will be provided.Start: Immediate Duration: This is an ongoing temporary position covering a maternity leave.
