Cover SupervisorLocation: CambridgeshireJob Type: FlexibleSalary: £120 - £153 per dayWe are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Cover Supervisors to join our team and provide valuable support in various secondary schools across Cambridgeshire. This role is ideal for individuals who have a passion for education and are looking to make a positiveimpact on students’ learning experiences.Day-to-day of the role:Supervising classes in the absence of the regular teacher, ensuring that students remain on task with the work set.Managing classroom behaviour and ensuring a constructive learning environment.Interacting with students to support their learning and development.Following and enforcing school policies and procedures.Providing feedback to teachers on students’ progress and any issues encountered.Required Skills & Qualifications:Relevant experience in secondary schools, such as a teaching assistant, tutor, mentor, or coach.A genuine passion for teaching and a positive approach to education.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Effective behaviour management skills and the ability to handle challenging situations.An enhanced DBS check or willingness to obtain one.Benefits:Flexible working hours to suit your schedule (8:30 am to 3:30 pm, Monday to Friday).Competitive daily pay based on experience.A chance to gain diverse experience and skills within the education sector.Opportunities to work in a variety of school settings.Support from a dedicated and friendly consultant.To apply for the Cover Supervisor position, please submit your CV and a personalised cover letter.
