Job Description

This is new and autonomous post for a clinical, counselling or forensic psychologist looking for career development opportunities in secure mental healthcare. The role is embedded in an established and highly regarded regional psychology network withinElysium Healthcare.Eligibility:Essential: The post is open to qualified, HCPC registered psychologists.Desirable: Chartered (or charterable status) with the British Psychological Society.The successful candidate will be confident in risk assessment, therapeutic approaches with mental health clients and have an interest in CBT, DBT or compassion focussed therapy. CPD will be fully supported across the region.About the role: This is an exciting time in the south regional psychology services, with an expansion in networking opportunities, professional development and robust access to CPD. The psychology service at Rosebank is in development,with opportunities to shape the service in an area of professional interest. We are looking to recruit a Psychologist who will support the design, development and implementation of new treatment directions to meet the changing needs of the Rosebank population.The role holder will be line managed and supervised by a HCPC registered psychologist and will be part of an inclusive and supportive team of other Psychologists, Trainee Psychologists, Assistant Psychologists and therapy staff across the region.
