Hourly rate: £11.00 Domiciliary Care Worker- Driving is essential for this role.St NeotsHourly rate of £11.00 an hour, plus great company benefits. A career with Mears Group means putting people at the heart of what we do every day.Role Criteria:Care Workers really make a difference to the lives or ourservice users, offering a highly personal service you will be helping to enable people to live as independently as possible in their community, by providing the best standards of care and support.St Neots is in a rural location and domiciliary care, so a driving license is essential for this role.Hours of work will be Weekdays 5pm – 10pm and alternate weekends could be day or evening 7-2 or 3-10.

  • Assisting with all elements of personal care, to ensureservice usersare supported in being as independent as possible in preparation for their day ahead
  • Assistingservice userswith getting washed and dressed, preparing meals, prompting and assistance with taking medication
  • Light household tasks
  • Offering companionship and helping buildservice usersconfidence and independence
