Job Description

We are seeking a Assistant PA and Administrator to cover a variety of duties across the entire business. This is an exciting and varied role, where you will support our existing PA as well as our sales team.The role will include administrative work, such as minute taking, producing reports and recruitment activities, as well as general office and facilities organisation.We are looking for someone who has excellent attention to detail, is enthusiastic, supportive and enjoys great variation within a role. This could be a great opportunity for an aspiring PA looking to gain some excellent experience to excel their career!Main purpose of the role: You will be responsible for supporting the Sales Manager, sales leadership team and overall sales floor with administrative work and general office requirements You will complete regular sales reporting, research tasks and presentation for the Sales Manager, Head of Insurance or SLT. You will support the PA & Office Manager with general office support and facilities maintenance.Essential skills and experience: Excellent written and verbal communication Great attention to detail and accuracy Previous experience working in a professional office environment in a similar role Computer literateintermediate or above on Excel, Word and PowerPoint Numerate Excellent organisational skillsDesirable skills and experience: Insurance, financial services or sales environment experience Minute taking experiencePlease read the full job description before applying.A full DBS clearance and valid ID check (address records and CCJ/bankruptcy checks) will be conducted at offer stage.
