Leading on large scale and key strategic transformation programmes across the organisationand in collaboration with system partners delivering sustainable, innovative, and effective changes to improve the services we provide.Reporting to the Assistant Director, the post holder will provide senior specialist redesign expertise for complex redesign issues, deploying the appropriate improvement science/change management approach and techniques, identify, design, and implement targetedimprovement initiatives and ensuring measurable positive impacts on patient outcomes and organisational effectiveness.Key Duties and Responsibilities
