Job Description

We are currently recruiting for a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Person with a background within carpentry to work for a property maintenance company based in North Cambridge.The person coming into the role would be providing external and internal property maintenance for a range of commercial and residential properties managed by the company.Typical duties would include:

  • Carrying out all aspects of property maintenance - Carpentry focused
  • Carrying out risk assessments to ensure safe working practises in line with Health & Safety Legislations.
  • Liaising with tenants and landlords to provide updates on when works are being carried out where required.
  • Maintaining company van and equipment
The successful candidates:
  • NVQ Qualification in Carpentry
  • Previous carpentry experience
  • Demonstratable experience working within repairs and maintenance
  • Previous experience working in domestic and commercial properties
  • A full, clean driving license
It would be beneficial but isn’t essential if the successful candidate was trained within fire door set installations.
