An excellent opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor in Liverpool has arisen to work on social housing developments including a brand-new scheme that will shape and regenerate an ageing estate bringing nearly 300 affordable houses to an area that will be transformed into a diverse and green space for many generations. The initial opportunity is for YOU as a Senior Quantity Surveyorto shape the first phase of the development which will be a steel frame 90-unit apartment build.If you have experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor working on steel frame apartment builds, then I need to speak to you - this is a large-scale development that will last well beyond the first phase and will grant you the opportunity to split your timebetween site and the office (which is also in Merseyside). The initial steel frame apartment build will commence in spring with SFS and brick cladding, 90 units built over 6 storeys - so if you have experience of this type of steel frame build, this is important..The business youll be joining operate in the Merseyside, West Cheshire and West Lancashire regions and as the Senior Quantity Surveyor youll be working directly alongside the Head of Commercial, a guy with over 20 years experience working in similar positionsin Merseyside with major contractors.And what do you get back Its a very secure business with a parent company supporting and because of this they put a big emphasis on the team, the ethos and the culture.
