Our client is proud of being one of the most successful Chambers in the country, recognised with accoladesincluding the Queens Award for Enterprise, Investors in People Gold and Matrix accreditations.The RoleThe Chamber have a fantastic opportunity to join them as a Quality Manager, ideally with a background in the Education/Training Delivery or Business Services sector.The successful candidate will be responsible for driving continuous improvement of the training programmes (Apprenticeships, Young Peoples Programmes and AEB) along with supporting on quality assurance activity and will contribute to the strategic, operational,curriculum and development planning.Working closely with the senior team, you will ensure the quality of teaching, learning and assessment is to the highest standards, in line with governing bodies such as the ESFA and Ofsted and also relevant awarding organisations.You will also manage internal Quality Assurance activities to ensure the Chamber remains compliant with all awarding body regulations and practices.Working closely with the management team, you will need to continually review and monitor the quality of education and where appropriate implement innovative approaches to the delivery of the programmes to ensure their programmes are effective, and supportthe Education Inspection Framework requirements.A thorough understanding of current quality assurance practice to meet awarding organisations regulations is essential.
